I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, light, and airy, with super comfortable amenities. The service was outstanding, very welcoming and absolutely friendly from the moment I stepped in. The location was quite nice, easily accessible to all main attractions with a short cab ride. The dining experience was fantastic with great quality and variety. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with phenomenal views of the south of the city and comfortable beds, but temperatures fluctuated between freezing and extremely hot throughout the day. The service was exceptional, with employees like Natali going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was central but inconvenient at times, offering a wonderful mountain view and easy access to shopping and dining. The dining experience was average, though some issues with refilling items were noticed. Overall, a decent value for a 3-night stay in Holiday Inn Tbilisi.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and looked fantastic, just as I had requested, with lovely tiling floors in the shower. The service from the staff was top-notch, they were incredibly kind and attentive beyond my expectations. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The breakfast experience was delightful, with a great selection of fresh pastries and local foods. A truly great find with just a few minor issues to consider.
